BEFORE YOU ORDER - apostille terms

Before you order apostille, scan and email the copy of the document to us. Apostille terms may apply. Don't have a scanner?  Not a problem. Take a picture with your phone and send it using FB messenger, WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram. You may even text it to us.

If you do not have the document and will need retrieval or typesetting services, let us know beforehand to ensure that we may get the document for you. 

The review is 100% complimentary, even if you decide not to order with us. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of it. This will ensure that you get your documents right the first time. 

You are not sure what do you need and whether or not you need it to begin with? Ask us before placing an order, we will advise to the best of our knowledge.

Although we strive to turnaround your documents as fast as possible, there are many links in the chain that we may not control. A backlog at the government office, a flood at the express courier location, a road closure, quarantine, etc.

Not all documents are retrievable by third parties and not all documents may be available in your state or county. It is very likely that you may have to provide an  authorization to us, signed and notarized, in order for us to obtain the document on your behalf. 

State government agencies and foreign consulates set their own rules for document authentications and apostilles. The set rules have to be followed, even though it may be inconvenient or not fast enough. If the requirements are not met, documents will be rejected. This will entail additional processing time and extra costs to you. 

State government fees, courier fees, operation costs, and all domestic shipping is included into the fee. Once you place your apostille services request there will be no additional charges to you if you or your document is in the United States. International shipping is provided at additional prorated terms.
